Next to zero. Unless it's part of the stellar evolution stuff. In which case it will probably be there. But there really shouldn't be anything specific about black holes.

Most are created in supernovae, and these are at least 3.2 solar masses. However, in the beginning of the universe, smaller ones were created and they're evaporating about now.
