I think its statin spar, it doesnt look anything like ulexite,

I was 2nd in the nation in 2008 so yea

its gypsum, not ulexite

You're pushing the envelope here of what is on the list and what is not. I would call it a rock. Tiger Iron Eye. It is composed of layers of Tiger's Eye Chalcedony, Jasper and Hematite.
