With a large 'button' on top it can't drill in.

Good point. Although we didn't try that last year because of the whole spirit of the rules thing, it was discussed :)

So the topic of next year's rules was brought up on the Towers thread. Are we expecting to see Wright Stuff next year, or another year of Helicopter?

Hm, was BLG (Balloon-Launch Glider) or some other gliding event ever in Division C? In that case maybe they'll bring that back...

I certainly hope it doesn't come back, I hated that event. I like my motors

Current plan is helicopter and helicopter egg drop for B, elastic launch gliders for C.

However, helicopter egg drop is on a different committee and unrelated to this helicopter event (it is just a coincidence they have similar names and are coming in at the same time.) We'll probably be posting threads asking for suggestions on the rules similar to last year in the near future.

Elastic launch glider...?
No matter, we'll learn about it later. I'd better focus on helicopter for now, I haven't even had regionals
