5?

I would have guessed more if it wasn't for the quote.
I meant they are in the same time-slot at my regionals. I wish I could do both.

...I would've done a lot higher number myself, but then when I wanted to look up the actual facts I get that, which is quite astonishing.

I'm sorry about that.

In our test the first question was the one given in the rule book. (How many drops of water are there in Lake Eerie?)

The average per question was probably around 4.2

Is that the average over all the teams, or just the top x teams?

I'd say that's for the top team. I really have no clue because I didn't compete, but I doubt it would be much higher or lower.

From experience, I would think that the top team would average about 4.5 - 4.7 per question, third 4.3 - 4.5, sixth 4.1 - 4.3, twentieth 3.7 - 3.9.
Are the nationals tests usually hard? Some years were really easy and some were harder from what I've seen.

I am entering Division C and Fermi Questions was already my favorite event. I am really sad its leaving next year. :( I hope it returns before I am out of high school.

Oh darn Fermi is leaving... after just two years. At least we ended it nicely :D

Does anyone know when it'll come back?

Also, are the scores for Fermi released? Could we know our scores?
