Re: Disease Detectives B/C
it was confusing in the sense that you didnt really know which people were the exposed/ unexposed, the test showed 2 groups of volunteers and said whether they did a certain task and whether they got asthma or whatever, but we were having trouble differentiating between the people who were/ weren't present on 9/11 so we didnt know how to complete the 2x2 table. to anyone else who did the WTC part of the DD test, did you have the same problem?

Re: Disease Detectives B/C
ehhh, b/c everyone had to deal with it, it wasn't really BAD, but i feel like i could have done a lot better on the test with 5 minutes of extra timescio444 wrote:For those who took Division B at nationals, how do you feel about the time delay? Was it fair?

Honestly, I feel like we did a lot better because of the time delay, so it was kind of unfair in that respect.

Re: Disease Detectives B/C
We did worse...we don't split up the test, so we got through about 51 out of 60 questions. With 10 extra minutes, we would almost certainly have finished. A shorter time span wouldn't have been as bad if we each did 30 questions, but oh well.honeybunchesofoats wrote:Honestly, I feel like we did a lot better because of the time delay, so it was kind of unfair in that respect.
