My guess is 1:47 Or around there. I heard one of my teammates say something about it.

Re: Robo-Cross B
congrats to them
no offense, but that frustrates me greatly because my practice times were below 1:30
what method did their bot use for pickup?

Re: Robo-Cross B
Thanks Computernerd. Sorry that your Robot had problems at Nationals.
They used a scoop. They picked up everything they wanted, and then dumped it in one of the goals, then went back and picked up the rest and dumped that in the other goal. During their run, they actually hit one of the golf balls and it kind of rolled away, so it slowed them down a bit. They were very happy with their run, because they were both 8th graders, and will be going to high school next year. Their coach had actually been watching the event all day, so they knew exactly what times they needed to win, although up until the awards ceremony they thought they had second. There was one team that had a faster time, but I guess a part of their robot was touching items in the goal when they finished. At least that is the story that we heard anyway.

Re: Robo-Cross B
Actually, I believe some of their items were still in the bot and didn't quite make it to be supported solely by the goal, because the goals weren't stackable (which had been assumed). A bummer for sure.

Re: Robo-Cross B
yeah, that team went a couple minutes before us... their bot relied on the goals being stackable, and since they weren't, it wouldnt all dump into the goal
