So, what do you people think of the new rules?

Yes.
So, they're out and teams have ordered and received them or are they "hidden" on internet somewhere?

I would assume Unome may be referring to the draft rules. Technically they are only drafts, but they give a decent idea of the event (people who go to some sort of summer conference sees them iirc). Personally I've felt I can figure out aspects of the coming event with or without them :P (my team never got them...so I had to anyway).
B: Crave the Wave, Environmental Chemistry, Robo-Cross, Meteorology, Physical Science Lab, Solar System, DyPlan (E and V), Shock Value
C: Microbe Mission, DyPlan (Earth's Fresh Waters), Fermi Questions, GeoMaps, Gravity Vehicle, Scrambler, Rocks, Astronomy
Grad: Writing Tests/Supervising (NY/MI)

Thanks - yes we have some draft rules and some old rules for events that are coming back (Picture This on B used to be C, Protein Modeling, etc.) We've got a good idea but not the real rules. Looks like the store isn't even taking orders yet.
