Does anybody know if they are going to allow student prepared binders this year? I think I would like that more than the field guides with added notes.

Yeah but it's getting irritating because it's been posted about 20 times.

Nerds rule. Nerds are awesome. Nerds will someday (soon) rule the world. And you know it.

If you are eager to study, the trend has been away from allowing complete binders and shifting toward a field guide with notes or a few pages of paper (5 pages, letter paper, both sides, stapled in the top left corner containing information in any form from any source). I would be greatly suprised if the rules allowed a full binder to be used. It will most likely be limited to birds in North America (US Canada Mexico).
