Does anybody know if they are going to allow student prepared binders this year? I think I would like that more than the field guides with added notes.

For the millionth time: NOBODY has rules yet! Nobody but officials know what resources will be allowed for events next year!

we know that...but you can kinda make guesses...

If you are eager to study, the trend has been away from allowing complete binders and shifting toward a field guide with notes or a few pages of paper (5 pages, letter paper, both sides, stapled in the top left corner containing information in any form from any source). I would be greatly suprised if the rules allowed a full binder to be used.
