It happened in C this year when I took over Astronomy. But I have to agree that the chance is very slim. Still, you shouldn't think it's definite. This goes for all other events too.

It's the gradual shift in the planet's axis. It refers particularly to the Earth, but seeing as the event is "Solar System" I should expect it could be applied to other planets as well. Bringing up the point of axes, it would be good to know the angle of the axis in each planet.
