It was basically an imaginary land where they gave you all the conditions of some weather stations (type of soil...average sunlight days?). You then had to predict the weather of these stations etc.
SO Division C 2012:
Regionals: 1st Forensics, 1st Technical Problem Solving, 1st Chemistry Lab, 4th Remote Sensing
State: 1st Chemistry Lab, 1st Remote Sensing, 3rd Protein Modeling, 3rd Forensics

Well it also did take some climate aspects into account. It asked you o balance a radiation budget, nd asked questions about it. It asked about the effect of orbital eccentricity on the earth in a few questions.

Yeah..we had trouble with the radiation budget part
How were you supposed to figure it out?

You could use math- simple addition/subtraction. Also, if you had a radiation budget on your sheet you could check with that, but mainly by just addition nd subtraction.

We tried to check it with our radiation budget on our resource page but it didnt match?.. :?
The total outgoing radiation will equal incoming right?

Yes it was 140 in and 140 out.

The coordinator said he would pass back the tests to everyone..so maybe he might post it online?

I don't know how much easier Everyday Weather is than Meteorology (climate) but I've heard from EASTstroudsburg13 that it is a heck of a lot easier!!!! *Joyous sounds*
