It was basically an imaginary land where they gave you all the conditions of some weather stations (type of soil...average sunlight days?). You then had to predict the weather of these stations etc.
SO Division C 2012:
Regionals: 1st Forensics, 1st Technical Problem Solving, 1st Chemistry Lab, 4th Remote Sensing
State: 1st Chemistry Lab, 1st Remote Sensing, 3rd Protein Modeling, 3rd Forensics
Regionals: 1st Forensics, 1st Technical Problem Solving, 1st Chemistry Lab, 4th Remote Sensing

Well it also did take some climate aspects into account. It asked you o balance a radiation budget, nd asked questions about it. We tried to check it with our radiation budget on our resource page but it didnt match?.. 
The total outgoing radiation will equal incoming right?
