Re: POLL-Favorite Meteorology Topic
I absolutely HATE climate. Severe storms and general weather are in a close tie for first. Severe Storms is probably first because it's really interesting. I've had an addiction with weather since 2nd grade. TWC [the weather channel] was my favorite TV station grades 2-5 I remember in 2nd grade my teacher said to the class "be a weatherman when you grow up, you get paid for making mistakes" she was talking to us about how the weatherman always screw up the forecast. I've been looking through the general weather tests from previous years and i could have aced most of them by 4th grade. Unfortunately i started SO last year with severe storms. They should have a flat out meteorology event in division C.

Re: POLL-Favorite Meteorology Topic
I agree with that, Meteorology is a major field in science and there should be an event in C that relates to it.

I detest severe storms. Everyday weather is slightly better. But climate is just so interesting!!!!

Re: POLL-Favorite Meteorology Topic
there should be a C event, this year TX has one of its state events as climate based, but i think there should be a national event, as long as it doesn't replace dynamic planetEASTstroudsburg13 wrote:I agree with that, Meteorology is a major field in science and there should be an event in C that relates to it.
