There were multiple problems including more than 1 team using their body parts to measure the items during the estimation portion but we're unable to determine the teams that did that.
That's a shame. The state competition should be the last place events are poorly run (even counting Nationals).
TSA's pretty cool... i guess

I heard that the event supervisor(s) didn't follow the rules at all for Metric Mastery so it wasn't even scored.

For Powder, though, all I know is that they didn't conform to the rules for every team.

Muscatel steamrolled us this year, as usual. But state was still really fun, especially ento. And the event supervisor for it had a pretzel stick in his pocket.
Hahaha... in Georgia the supervisors don't really care about the rules... 2 events thrown out, one not announced until afterwards, and in Metric Mastery we had to estimate some in inches (and that wasn't one of the two :| ).

"The target audience is team coaches and assistant team coaches..." I think our coach is going.

Anyone know when the 2015 State Tournament will be? My school is holding a trip to Washington DC from April 6-10th, and the only way I won't go is if it conflicts with States.
