FantaSO 2014

Post by zyzzyva980 »

It’s back!

FantaSO makes its triumphant return today, allowing you the opportunity to pick the winners across all 23 events in both divisions. Head on over to http://fantasy.scioly.org/fantasy.php and select the teams that you think will win each event. You get points if they make the medal stand, but choose carefully, as you’re only allowed to choose each team a maximum of three times.

Results will be announced sometime after nationals.

What are you waiting for? Go to http://fantasy.scioly.org/fantasy.php and make your predictions now.

I think theres a problem. i tried doing my predictions but it said that you cant have dublicate teams! Whats the point of that if each year one school could win up to 7 events? could you please change it so theres no limit please? thank you.

I think the point is the limit... If there wasn't a limit, picking Solon or Daniel wright for every event would guarantee a decent score

There is a limit of three teams, this limit will not be changing.

In fact, the possibility of only allowing each team to be picked once has been discussed in past years, but we've found that three is a pretty good limit.

It would be cool to see alongside the results
-the top school(per vote) in each event
-the schools with the most total votes
-and the actual winners of the event - although, I suppose we would all know that.

This is what my uneducated stats mind would love to see :)
