Azurite and Malachite, they are both carbonates and ores of copper

Correct on the ID's. Nearly there with the second part but there's a relationship you're missing.

When azurite weathers, it is replaced by malachite. (pseudomorph)

Epidote or Apatite. The structure looks like apatite but the color (I know I know, we're not suppose to rely on this but...)
