I don't know, I was told that on the tentative list it says "Circuit Lab or Shock Value".

It appears that Shock Value involves magnetism and is more focused on electromagnetism, whereas Circuit Lab is the traditional event that is focused on different aspects of circuits and is heavily calculation-based.

It looks, based on the tentative table, like Shock Value will be the event, but you won't really know until they announce it. Remember, anything on that table is subject to change.

I merged these two threads as (a) they're similar, and (b) it will be one or the other, not both. Also cleaned up the unnecessary argument between two members (you know who you are...please don't do it again).

RightorRong, EASTstroudsburg13 is correct. Our coach at JTL corrected EASTstroudsburg13 here when he made the statement he made. She also said that there were seperate rules for each!!!
