yes but then why even have the study part if you get so many points just for the windmill part??? you could bomb the test and still get 1st with your blade! ridiculous!!! ;) aa???

you'd have to have a really good blade though...like ridiculously good...

Maybe not first, but it is deffinately possible for the best windmill team to not even take the test and still medal even in a competitive state

well we had one team who got 1.8 volts on high!!!!!!
