I start working then my partner was like "dude we have 2 minutes left" and then I died on the spot.

same, it felt like it went by so quick, esp since that giant map part took me so dang long...

I spent so much time on the aquifers map on nebraska

It was just a long test. Good one, but long. I mean we had 25 min left and I was only on 10, of course my partner was working too but man!

All those things you mentioned are great resources. You have to know how to google things as well. Look at the rules, and the topics they cover and google them. Look up strike and dip problems, geologic time scale, types of folds, etc, you will find great articles! And the wiki is a great place to start!
