-The path of the Administrator is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.

-Nothing\'s gonna get deleted. We\'re gonna be like three little Fonzies here. And what\'s Fonzie like? Come on, what\'s Fonzie like?
-Cool?
-Correctamundo. And that\'s what we\'re gonna be. We\'re gonna be cool. Now, I\'m gonna count to three, and when I count three, you let go of your mouse, and back away from the keyboard. But when you do it, you do it cool. Ready? One... two... three.

I'm planning on joining this event. Does anyone have any useful resources? From what I know, it's basically AP Bio, right?

From the 2010 forums, it seems like studying an AP Bio book while focusing on the cell biology/cellular biochemistry topics is helpful. Also, the test exchange has two tests that might help you better understand what the event covers.
These users thanked the author bernard for the post:

It may also help to look at event manuals from previous years. I wasn't able to find one from 2010, but here's a link to the rules from 2009. This might help guide you towards what topics to study.
2013~Designer Genes~Disease Detectives~Forensics~Remote Sensing
2014~Anatomy~Experimental Design~Mission Possible
2015~Anatomy~Cell Biology~Experimental Design~Mission Possible
2016~Air Trajectory~Anatomy~Cell Biology~Experimental Design~Protein Modeling~Robot Arm~Wright Stuff

Studying content from any ap bio book will give you a good idea of the event. And i agree with taking some of the practice tests and searching up topics from the rules. Good luck!

I'd recommend Molecular Biology of the Cell if you can get it, though that's partly just my love of biochem.

Thanks for all the replies! I'll definitely check out some of the sources you guys recommended! I also found it helpful to watch a lot of YouTube videos and take notes. :)

I feel ya. Heredity/Designer Genes was the best event.

Cell Biology seems a lot similar tho. Hopefully.
