This is a New York thread, so my statement stands. Division B states is in April and Division C in March so Div C needs regionals to be earlier.
That's interesting. I guess I just assumed everybody did it like us. Sorry if I sounded rude. I didn't mean to be.
It's no problem.

And do they post the results up at the state site. I'm not sure because there has never been a link to our region.

Oh and did anybody go to the one in Buffalo today. How did that go?
Whether or not results are posted is up to the regional coordinator, as is linking to the state page. Do you guys have asite which is not linked? If so, does it post results?

Only the last 20 or so questions at the end were really hard.
The questions weren't too bad, it was just the fact that we had to work quickly, and the diagrams weren't very high quality. I could identify chloroplasts, but that was about it. Everything else was an unidentifiable blob.

Congratulations to everyone who qualified for the state competition at West Point. I probably saw many of you without knowing it, and I was probably seen quite a bit as well.

the competition was so crazy! Teams 3-7 (Between dominant Kellenberg and the new guys (us - Division Ave.) we're sepereated by 17 places. I usually do really well in experimental (medaled at states in 8th grade) and if we didn't get 40th . . . we could've beat them! Totally insane. It was totally up for grabs. And I can't believe Chaminade went from just missing states to winning the entire regional.

People asking about the bridge efficencies: I placed 5th and had an efficiency of about 708 and I did the math for Hicksville 1 - it was like 892 (they placed 1).

See everyone at states!

GO NERDS!
