it takes my team six or seven hours one way. 12 to 14 hours on a school bus can be....interesting.

I think that Grandville might beat us actually. One of our best team members can't make it to states, and he got 4 medals at regionals. But we'll just have to see, won't we?

Back from comp. Things went worse than expected. We got 11th place overall. A lot of things went wrong. Congrats to JustDroobles, Grandville placed 4th! I was happy that Lakeshore beat White Pines. I had a feeling it would happen. They were medaling more.

You're thinking of Troy from California. This one's a different team. I don't think that they've gone to nats yet.

There are multiple Troy's. Troy from California, who is the defending national champion, is going to nationals. However, on the subject of really good teams not going to nationals, Solon HS, the runner up last year, is not going after they got 3rd at Ohio states.
