Correct. I was looking for Neanderthal 1 as this specimen. Oh also, the discoverer or rather the one who recognized the significance of Neanderthal 1 was Johann Carl Fuhlrott. Schemerling discovered the first remains of the Homo neanderthalensis species but Fuhlrott is associated with Neanderthal 1. Your turn

5. A hinge line is the entire edge, the commisure is just the part with the hinge tooth

9.Since dorsal means back (as in dorsal fin) and ventral means front, or underbelly, would the analogy be the front/back?

Ok so whoever wants to go can go but the answers are
1. Brachiopoda

5. The commisure is where the 2 valves meet all around the organism except for where the hinge line is. The hinge line is where the pedicle is and where the two valves are held together by the hinge. For example on this image for the platystrophia, the hinge line is the really straight part while the commisure if from where the hinge line ends.Not really a great explanation but look up an image.
