Sili = silica (SiO2 or some form of that - silicate minerals)
Clastic = made of clasts (tiny pieces smooshed together)
for example, sandstone

An aquifer is a body of water underground that can be tapped for a well or such, can be either confined or unconfined. An aquitard is a zone of rock that restricts the flow of groundwater from one aquifer to another.
