Well since that last question was answered...
A hydrogen maser clock and a cesium fountain clock are synchronized at noon. Immediately after, the cesium molecules are slowed down so that the maser clock is syntonized with the cesium clock. When the hydrogen clock reads midnight, what time, to the nearest second, will the cesium clock read?
