Rules Clarifications/FAQs

It's October 1, and that means rules clarifications and FAQs are open! Submit a FAQ for any rules that seem ambiguous. FAQs are NOT for checking if your device complies to the rules.

Two clarifications have already been posted:

Anatomy & Physiology: B & C are the same for both divisions in 2015
Technical Problem Solving: 3. For 2015 there are TWO stations but only ONE topic and delete 3.c. as it contradicts 3.b. (9/29/14)

I have national Rules Clarifications and FAQs downloaded if anyone wants to reference it in the future, but understand that these Rules Clarifications/FAQs do not apply to next year's rules, even if the event is the returning. Here's the link.
