Speaking of which, how did that come about? Did your team demand a recount or something? At first they said fossil won...

I'm a bit fuzzy about what happened... :?

Yes, the tournament ended with Fossil Ridge in first place.

A few schools requested some of the events scores/tests to be looked into. That lead to the uncovering of some unintended errors, and some places shuffled.

It happens, though! Last season was weird in IL because second place secured a National bid on a tiebreaker.
