Found the top teams for Wyoming, but not subsequent places.

Division B: Riverton Middle School Link

Division C: Campbell County High School Link

The top B team in Arizona is once again Paragon Science Academy. Link

Oregon has a new champion this year in Stoller Middle School, who are in their second year of existence. Link

Main'es C champion is Waynflete School, for the third straight year. Link

It happens, though! Last season was weird in IL because second place secured a National bid on a tiebreaker.
It actually happened in 2013. Palo Alto upset the reigning state champs Mira Loma (NorCal) by 1 point.
