No, I'd rather be where I'm most useful; Chattahoochee should handle Wind Power just fine (plus since I'm new to C I have no idea how some of my events work, and might run out of time). If we have to put a sixth event on like last year, I'd probably pick that, Disease Detectives, or Invasives.

I do what I can to help the team.

Also, on an unrelated note, this is now my favorite Scioly.org post (sounds a bit like what I did at Dodgen invite, except with half the events  ):

Not to mention I still need to learn MagLev...
How many time blocks is the tournament? How will there be time for you to compete in 10 events?
6. I do MagLev test before it starts, run to Chem Lab (Block 1), then run to Technical (Block 2), finish 15 minutes early, sprint to Robot Arm, run it, run to Write It Do It (Block 3), get out like 25 minutes early due to the nature of the event, drive across campus (apparently...) to Gravity Vehicle, compete, stop by homeroom, grab a slice of pizza, keep running, hit DyPlan (Block 4), then head to Fermi (Block 5), get out 20 minutes early, compete for Boomilever, and end with Circuit Lab (Block 6).

I have my partner run the MagLev without me.

So I just realised: in 2018, the national tournament will be in Colorado; by that time I will be 18. If my team makes it to nats that year, I could technically smoke marijuana legally  . (I don't plan on doing anything, only a realisation.)

Whoops, I assumed the age would be the same as smoking other things. And no, I'm not a brit, nor do I wish to be one.

Today my school held a pep rally for the football team (so archaic, I know), so I told my SciOly team to wear our shirts from last year to troll everyone. Then, I airhorned the entire school for 15 minutes while our pep squad played drinking games with ginger ale.

We'd totally do that if our scioly team would know what "organized" means.
