Food Science B

For food science states in New York, we had to dry the curds from the Curd Mass experiment and solidify it enough to create a ball that could be held on a stick. I'm not sure that they could change the competition that way, because the official rules do not say anything about this. Was anyone at this competition, and does anyone know if the experiments can be edited?

From soinc.org: "Students will answer questions about the chemistry of food and food grains and build a simple calorimeter to determine the energy content of a solid foodstuff." for 2016-17, so it looks like the experiments used 15-16 won't be used anymore.
