If you go to a list of Bob the builder episodes on wikipedia and search the page for "half" the only time it appears is in an episode about cows, I couldnt find any reference to three quarters though or the numbers 3 and 4

Episode about cows could refer to madcow2357, which would also explain “bob” for building events

The clue says construct 3/4 of a 1/2. Does anyone who does building events recognize this as a part of an event in particular? If it is MadCow, could it be referring to Boomilever?

I'll protect half of madcow2357 for the reasons above.

I'll protect half of me seeing how if this relates to boomilever it could be targeting me.

I protect the other half of TheChiScientist because he is an officer who does a build event.

That was pretty quick... now we just have to wait two more days.
Just so we have all our bases covered, I guess I'll protect half of bobthebuilderman, due to the loose correlation in "Bob" and "construct", and due to the fact that he is a builder.

"quickly thinking" is actually grammatically correct. It's just normally put in the other order.
