The 26th letter of the alphabet is z and the 25th letter is y, so 2625 might translate to zy, the first 2 letters of zyzzyva98's username; thus, I protect Zyzzyva98.

EDIT: nevermind; East beat me to it.

i urrived to the christmas prty like any uther guest. holding the trigger in my hand i weightd for him to pik up his present. he held the box in hiz hands when i pushed the buttun. smoke began coming out of the box. many of the uther guests see it but The Eviscerator was the first to grab the box and threw it on the floor. it then burst in fire. i snuck out the bak door while the officers inspectd the asheses.

The Eviscerator correktly protceted Paleonaps.

new clue:
2625
The misspellings are somewhat annoying. I sure hope all those missing/replaced letters aren't leading to clues as well.

I broke up the 4 digits into 3 parts so 2625 became 26; 2; 5, and 3119 became 31; 1; 9.
I looked at Assassination 26, page 2, post number 5 and Assassination 31, page 1, post number 9 and found that they were both posts by starpug.

Thus, I protect starpug.

I accuse The Eviscerator for solving clues so fast when they seem so arbitrary.

Jk I'm not an officer.

Completely random, but 3119 is the bill name for http://www.scstatehouse.gov/sess119_201 ... s/3119.htm
...maybe a reference to someone using "text talk" often?

EDIT: from NC?

Forever is in NC right now...or she was...thought this might be taking it a bit too far.

No, that is taking a clue WAAAY too far... If North Carolina points to anyone it would be pointing to The Eviscerator.

Mostly out of a lack (emphasis on lack) of any other ideas about this clue, I protect myself because, whenputting the points in latitude and longitude, 31 north 19 east turns out in the gulf of tripoli, in libya, and 26 north 25 east is on the libyan-egyptian border. I was having a short discussion on libya with jocool on the politics forum.
