Well, for most events, aren't you only allowed to have one partner? But if you're talking about events with more than 2 participants per team, I'd rather have annoying partners instead of just one.

Would you rather learn everything about your event but get DQ because of a small detail in the rules, or not study at all but place first because your partner studied a lot?
