Times for the next glider kit

Post by davix_sigh »

Hi, recently at the Carmel Valley Middle School Invitational I placed first and I was wondering if anyone knows when the 2015-2016 glider on freedom flights gliders is goin to come out. My current glider goes up normally and can get 16 if it transitions well.

Our team was wondering when the wright stuff kits were going to come out too... I'm going to email them to see if I can get an approximate time frame

If you contact Dave Zeigler, he has them available already, his site just hasn't been updated. I'm guessing he'll be running payments through PayPal, as usual. Attached is a picture of the Wright Stuff kit for those who are curious. (Just kidding, the forums don't want let me attach files at the moment.)

Thats an interesting fin shape and I see a lot of stab offset. I'm excited to see what kinds of times these planes can get!

I've confirmed with Dave Zeigler the procedure for ordering this season's kits, while we wait for the site to be updated: purchase last season's kit from his website (http://www.freedomflightmodels.com/paypal.htm) and he will send this year's kit, since the prices haven't changed. For Elastic Launched Glider, the design of the 2016 model is very similar to the 2015 model, so your end product will look very similar to the image already on the site:
