They were mentioning how they got an elephant for when they hosted nats in 1998.

There is a Science Olympiad Engineering Camp being held at Detroit Country Day School from August 8th to 12th for B and C division. If anyone is interested, a flyer can be found here: https://www.smore.com/2vrwg

I was just looking at the State website. Went on the State Tournament module.
It says:
Aaaand okay, I just heard from someone on my team that yes, it is.
The fact that MSU is moving up to 60 bids for each division suggest that maybe they're in the running for hosting nats...maybe.

Is there going to be 60 bids in each division next year?The top 60 high school and the top 60 middle school teams from our Regions will compete for honor, personal satisfaction, and the privilege of representing Michigan at the National Tournament at Wright State University in Dayton, OH.
