Still, that year LASA didn't do as well at nats as they did last year...

I'm guessing that's because Texas was less competitive back then; that was the first top ten for a Texas Div C team in a long time.

True, these days LASA, Clements, and Seven Lakes are really at each others' throats for those two nats spots
