To those interested:

There was a non-formal revision to the final score in Idaho Division B. Do note that this is NOT an official change, but medals were given to those in our team (St. Joseph's Catholic School) from the events under dispute.

Experimental Design was changed from 16th place to 1st place... medals were awarded to the competitors on our team participating in this event.
Crime Busters was changed from 15th place to 1st place... medals were awarded to the competitors on our team participating in this event.

This changes our score (again, do note that this is not official) from 113 to an 84. I believe that this is the best St. Joseph's Catholic School 'A' team has performed at the state competition.
Why were these score changes instituted? Those seem like huge jumps.

You're right. I'm not 100% sure on the details of the score changes for both of these events, as I am not participating in either one of them, but from my understanding the poor rank in both of these events was attributed to an unread or neglected paper of the conclusion/analysis/data table. However, this occurring in two events seems strange to me as well. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding on the participants' side, or a neglect on the supervisors side to properly read through the experiment data / crime analysis, or a mix of both- obviously I do not want to misconstrue information that I'm not 100% knowledgeable about.

The only thing that I'm sure about is that gold medals were given to both the Crime Busters and Experimental Design team after official confirmation of the places. No official change to the overall team scores was implemented, however.

Does anyone know what happened in Nebraska or Connecticut? Those are the only states left that have gone but the results aren't up.

So what's up with Connecticut?
Just went digging:

1. South Windsor High School
2. Hopkins School
3. Hopkins School

Also, in Oregon B, Stoller MS took 1st, 3rd, and 4th. I'm not even going to try to dig for the Wyoming B results again.
