2. Massachusetts, 1869; imported intentionally for silk production, accidentally released
3. Larvae defoliate trees during maturation feeding
4. Bacillus thuringiensis, nucleopolyhedrosis virus

Either Beach Vitex or Common Buckthorn? Those are the ones that I can name off the top of my head...
