Euryhaline

Established nonnative
Feral
What is the word for a fish that can breath air?
Invasive- Overly successful to the point where people consider it a nuisance.
Native- Organism that is in balance with the flora and fauna of a particular area and considered native because of its records of being there for a while?. Not too much of it.
Euryhaline- I believe it means tolerant of salinity and can adapt to it.
Brackish- Warm marine habitat.
Marine- Water habitat. Seawater of freshwater.
Alien- Not necessarily a nuisance, but not native to that area.
Established nonnative- Perhaps not a nuisance, but established comfortably.
Feral- Anything let loose by owners. I believe Burmese Pythons are considered feral.

Could you post the answer, because it has been quite a while since someone answered?

5 characteristics of an invasive species:
-nonnative to an area -highly prolific -resilient in many habitat types -no or few natural predators in introduced area -compete aggressively

Invasive - an alien species which is capable of causing human, economic, or ecological harm
Native - a species which has developed or occur naturally in an area, came to be in an area without human intervention
Euryhaline - capable of adapting to a range of levels of salinity
Brackish - the water found near estuaries or coasts that is less than average ocean salinity due to intermingling of fresh and saltwater
Marine - pertaining to the sea and saltwater (see Marine Biology)
Alien - not native, a new species to an area
Established nonnative - an alien species which is reproducing in an area, and is not likely to be wiped out by natural occurrences
Feral - a formerly domesticated species which is now wild and reproducing. Ex: mustang, hog, Carp, cat, pigeon

The answer is air-breathing fish.
Fish that have to breath air are obligate air Breathers.

Hope that cleared up terminology, anyone's go.

Define Phoresy.
Even though there are way more terrestrial plants than aquatic plants on our list, why are there so many aquatics. Give 2 reasons.
What makes Air Potato toxic?
How does Oak Wilt spread? Give 2 ways.
What do the "H" and "N" stand for in Avian Bird Flu's scientific name.
Define zoochory.

Define zoochory.
Phoresy is the act of hitching a lift so to say to reproduce in another area. ex. A mite on a bee that just pollinated.
They are prevalent because they are very hard to remove because splashing a whole lake or pond with Diquat or something isn't a great idea. Their seeds are easily moved through stomachs of animals and even after wetting of the ocean or freshwater they can still germinate.
Diosgenin is the poison.
Root Grafts, spores, insect vectors (Nitidulidae)
Hemagglutinin and Neuraminidase
Zoochory is basically the study of moving plant matter, seeds, and propagational part of plants and animals. ex. Movement of seeds through digestion.
^^^^^From the top of my head. I'll correct later if needed. <<EDITED :) Anyone can go!
