the growth of human population. there are more people than resources for the people. Affluence is a problem. Pollution is a major factor. We pollute rivers, estuaries, and the ocean. Overfishing and deforestation.

What are abiotic factors?

Notice that since the question asks for activities related to human population growth, listing population growth is a silly answer. Here's a list of other possible answers:

One cause is overgrazing, where poor management of animals causes the quick clearing of vegetation. By exposing the soil, the wind destroys it, thus removing the richness of the soil. Another cause is poor irrigation, where water in canals and water distributed by irrigation cause a build up of salt in the soil, destroying vegetation.

Correct! And another cause would be clearing of land by humans to build apartment complexes, shopping malls, etc.
Your turn!!

Sorry, I'm back now!

Describe each of the ecological relationships in ecosystems.
(You don't need to go too far into detail; a general idea is good.)
