For anyone familiar with the webcomic XKCD, there's a great cartoon about Herpetology/Ornithology. Google it - I'd post a link here but there's a bit of naughty language ;)

On the list of Amphibians/Reptiles, it states "Anolis Polychridae" but are we talking the same organism as "Anolis polyrhachis"?

On the tentative SOSI schedule, it lists Herpetology, so I'd expect it's next. You can wait another two years for your birds :P .
Ok, so this is what the 2018 events seem to be (for those who don't want to decipher the schedule and read all the other relevant documents):
Earth Science:
Dynamic Planet B/C (Glaciers)
Are you sure about Dynamic goin gto glaciers next year? This is the first year of earthquakes and volcano is here, so would it not go on for another year? Also, isn't fresh water systems on the next rotation before glaciers?

I'm fairly certain I heard somewhere that they've switched to a one year rotation and swapped the order of Glaciers and Freshwater; however I can't find the source.

I suggest putting what they put so they wouldn't mark you wrong.

Yeah my team's members ran into the same problem - put down both in your notes, but if you do run into a question that asks for it, I would put down the correct genus, not what's listed on the list. A good test should be accurate, and well-researched, not just based off of the NYS trial list given to them. Testmakers should probably be aware of that error on the list though, and would probably avoid questions about those species.

Does anyone have the list or a link? Thank you so much--I couldn't find it on the New York Website.

Are the species we will study just North American or is it all of the Americas, or all of the species worldwide?

Thanks
