What does PLSS stand for, and how do you write the PLSS of a place on a topographic, 7.5 series map (formatting - ?/?/?/?/?/?)?

P.S. Sorry if the question is confusing.
P.P.S. Good luck at nationals!

Public Land Survey System, was developed under thomas jefferson in order to divy up the new states in the U.S.

It is formated like so: 1/4 (direction) | 1/4 (direction) | Section | Township (direction) | Range (direction)

e.g: SE1/4 | NE1/4 | S7 | T8N | R8W

Halves may be alternatively used in place of fourths if needed.

p.s. (I'm not going to nationals :) )
Problems are better pursued with General Electric GE90-115 engines.
