Congratulations, Zioly! Division C was a tough competition between Camas, Bothell, and Interlake. You may have seen me today; I was holding a camera while loitering around your team and Camas after awards. Were you the one with many medals and holding the trophy in your team picture?Zioly wrote:It was such an intense awards ceremony! Re: Washington 2017
I had an amazing day. Not only did I get to meet Zioly and Bernard, but I got to see my school medal at state for the first time in many, many years. To put it into context, the seniors' older siblings didn't medal. WIDI was especially emotional - Our WIDI team has been working so hard for so long and had accumulated a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at Regs, and this was their last try...and they did it. So many other people on the team medaled and I'm just over the moon. It's a very important season for us and it ended so, so well.
Honestly, this probably concludes my productivity on the forum/chat until October or November. Things will just pile up. I'll be captaining a team of almost all sophomores and freshmen that haven't done SO before next year, so looking forward to those adventures.
I love you guys so much. I'll try to pop by whenever I can.

Re: Washington 2017
Here are some pictures I took yesterday: http://imgur.com/a/UDgUH. The long-exposure picture is of an impromptu round of free throws before awards, which amused the audience as for a while no successful shots were made. Awards started 2 hours after the last event, with a short delay in the middle. Macgyver, I hope I'll get to see you next season!Macgyver wrote:Pictures! We need Pictures!
