Ok, so the meetup; how about doing both days? Perhaps 1-5 PM on Friday and 4-6 PM on Saturday? Also the green lounge mentioned by Luo right?
Dude I could totally Skype in at 1pm on Friday

Since the awards are being livestreamed to the overflow seating room, will the livestream also be available to the public online?

Followup question: if it is, will there be a VOD?
