I'm in. I'm guessing it would have to be the day of the MIT comp right
Either the day or the day before, depends who's interested and what works best.
I know a decent amount of teams stay in the same Marriott hotel the night before. If you are aiming for the day before might be a decent place. Since during the day of comp people have a lot of variability in schedule depending on how many events they are doing. Maybe survey who from scioly wants to participate first?
Yeah, day before was what I was thinking too (plus that means grads who are working events or tournament stuff can come too). I assume you're talking about the
Marriott to the northeast of campus; how many teams actually stay there? I only remember four last year.

I'm sorry for my absence. I'm not directly involved with the tournament this year, so I'm not necessarily immediately in the loop when the website is updated or decisions are made. Stephen and Katie are doing an excellent job. Wishing you all a happy new year, and best of luck and skill at the tournament.
Since you're here, do you know of any good locations for the meetup? (I barely remember anything about the campus, plus don't want to plan for someplace that turns out to be in use)
