BTW, Sewickley got 98 points and Shady Side got 148.

Oh, wow. Under 100 in a state like PA is really impressive. I think that Solon will be 1st with Sewickly a close 2nd. Lakeshore will probably be 3rd.

One thing that I wonder about Harriton is if they will have time to adjust for nationals. Events like Electric Vehicle and Junkyard Challenge require a lot of changes if you want to be successful at nationals.

Well, last year Sewickley got like 76, and I don't think they made the top 5.

Really? That's interesting. I feel bad for states like PA and MI. You don't have much time to practice for nats. You basically have to prepare for nats while preparing for states if you think you have a chance.

People were mentioning Booth earlier- they dropped from repeated 1sts to 3rd and then to 5th last year; clearly still very competitive placing, but does anyone know if they're steadily deteriorating or just not quite as dominant as they once were?
