Well, last year, my team brought more alternates to Nationals than to States (our school play was the same weekend as States, so a lot of people couldn't go). A team from California probably couldn't have fielded 38 people cross-country, but since it was bus distance for us, we really piled on the "alternates". It was great for us, and a lot of fun, but definitely not fair (either competition-wise or experience-wise).

that would be cool!!! There's actually a lot to do here.
There are also quite a few good colleges to host the tournament there.
I know! Who wouldn't want to go to a competition at MIT, Harvard, or even Tufts?

Harvard would be awesome!
Haha its a great school.. anyone know Phillips Academy??
That would also be a pretty good school if they didn't just do colleges.

Well i know of phillips but i've never been there. My friend applied there. Too bad they dont have a SO team.. they would probably dominate NH and then dominate nationals if NH decided to send a team.

Oh i thought you were talking about the Phillips in NH. I remember that our voltage on high was in the low 800s and on slow was in the high 300s. I'm a regular.
