Mid-February National Rankings Update

Sorry about not ranking centerville, completely didn't know who they were before this. I've never seen them at wright state and I think I put mason instead..? Or another Ohio team. As for northville, idk how I forgot lol. They best us as wright state, so my bad

Not a problem! I ranked Solon, Centerville, Mason, and Mentor, so there's not a limit to teams per state (unlike nationals predictions). And forgetting teams happens all the time, even in actual regulated polls for things like college sports, so I wouldn't feel bad about that one, haha.

And here are the results!

Division B:

T-21. Muscatel, 17 (Highest 9th, Lowest 9th, On 1 ballot)

Additional notes: Kennedy and Tower Heights being ranked that low is a travesty. I'm not going to name names, but I know I ranked them and I know Unome ranked them, so...

...Okay, I will admit that I probably should have at least remembered to leave Muscatel out. But other than that, fight me. Do it.

I'm not going to fight you but I'll just point out that Kennedy was 4th place on two ballots and somehow ended up tied for 12th. Maybe they don't make nationals but they're at least a top 10 team in the country.

Also, I love Bala Cynwyd, but they should not be anywhere near any national rankings of any kind right now.

In a few hours we'll see if you're right. I think if they have another performance like last year they could definitely be top 25.

Community beat Springhouse though at Little Tiger lol

Springhouse had unstacked teams at Tiger, won more convincingly at Rustin, and has had very good placings at Wright State and Solon, among others. I don't think there's anything to suggest they're worse than Community.

I haven't been following Division B that closely - didn't know about the win at Wright State.

Eh, it seemed heavily implied, haha. Regardless, both are good teams, but Springhouse just has more evidence of upper-echelon performances. They were 6th at Wright State, but only 5 points behind Piedmont, and 32 points in front of Marie Murphy.
