Another thing that helps is having experience in similar classes in HS, e.g., ChemLab=AP Chem, Astronomy=AP Physics.

IMO doing Math in Astro is not heavily about physics.. just know how to do astronomy math because there are a lot of relationships and equations. Ap Physics wouldn't hurt, but it also isn't enough or really helpful like Ap Chen might be for chem

I forgot to say my events and school lol.

I'm from Alabama, Auburn Junior High School. I will be competing in Rocks and Minerals, and Write It Do It. (Most likely)

Major upsets in Idaho. Bishop Kelly HS team of St. Joe's national alumni got turned down with a second place finish behind Treasure Valley Home Schoolers. And the St. Joe's Middle School team - 12 out of 16 years national visits got third place this year.
