Plane stalls half way through flight

When I launch my plane it seems to start wobbling and stalling half way through the flgiht. I have tried different rubbers and different center of gravities but it's always the same. I'm in the process of modifying the horizontal stabilizer if that's the problem, but is there anything else I should be concerned with.
