Finney 09 is one of Olbill's designs from 2009 > You can download it by joining "hip pocket", signing up for the designs section. It will take a few days. I suspect that this model dates back to heavier SO planes.

There is no cost to join. You just have to follow the rules.

Yes, and it looks like all length specifications save propeller diameter are a couple centimeters short of this year's rules' maximums.

Where can I find the refs for Div B, Wright Stuff Airplane? I have the diagram showing dimensions, but where are the specs giving all the details?

Appreciate any help.
