Known Issue with Moving and Deleting Private Messages [Workaround]

It has come to our attention that there is a bug in our forum software that breaks one of the methods of moving and deleting private messages. If you go to your private messages inbox (or and other folder), check the box next to one or more messages, and attempt to select an option in the dropbox at the bottom to either move (if you have multiple folders) or delete the message, when you attempt to submit, you will get an error message and nothing will happen. This does not affect moving or deleting individual messages while viewing them.

Research has revealed this has been a known problem with the latest official release(s) of our forum software for several weeks and a solution has already been found for the next update. However, I do not have a timeline for when it might be released as an official update, and it might be months. In the mean time, you can open messages individually and either delete them or move them to a folder from there as necessary to keep space free in inbox. We hope this workaround will be a sufficient for all users, however, if you believe the bug creates an undue burden on you due to exceptional circumstances, please message the administrators privately.
